You won't need syrup! Or will you...
Ingredients
  • 2 day-old S'Mores
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Using a sharp chef's knife, chop each S'More into 6 pieces: first cut each in half, and then cut each half into 3 pieces. Make strong, decisive cuts to prevent the S'Mores from crumbling.
  2. Using a fork, scramble the egg in a medium bowl.
  3. Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Make sure the pan is hot, then spray with cooking oil.
  4. Dunk the S'More pieces in the bowl of egg, and toss them to coat all sides. Using a fork, pick the coated S'Mores pieces out of the egg, and place in the hot, prepared frying pan in a single later.
  5. Cook, turning as each side browns, until the egg on each side is cooked through. The chocolate will melt and the marshmallow will get gooey.
