An awesome twist on a classic - made in ONE BOWL in the microwave in minutes!
  • 1.5 T butter, plus a smidge more for greasing the pan
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 5 c Reese's Puffs Cereal
  1. Lightly grease a 9" x 9" glass pan with smidge of butter.
  2. In a large glass microwave-safe bowl (capacity 8+ cups), microwave the 1.5 T butter for 30 seconds or until melted.
  3. Add the marshmallows and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds.
  4. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the butter and marshmallows together with a silicone spoon.
  5. Microwave the mixture for 30 more seconds.
  6. While the butter and marshmallows are microwaving, measure out the cereal so you are ready to go.
  7. Pour the cereal in to the melted marshmallow mixture and stir to coat all of the puffs using the silicone spoon. Be sure to get down to the bottom, where there is probably a blob of marshmallow hiding out!
  8. Press the puffs into the pan using parchment paper or greased fingers, and let cool.
  9. When the pan is completely cool and you are ready to cut it, loosen the edges with a butter knife, and pop the whole pan onto a cutting board. Cut in 16 pieces using a sharp chef's knife.
