Kettle Corn {Fast + Easy + Healthy}

Homemade, hot, fresh kettle corn in under 3 minutes? It's yours!
  • ¼ c popcorn kernels
  • ½ t oil {I used canola}
  • ½ t vanilla
  • 1½ t sugar {the finer, the better}
  • ¼ t salt
  1. Stir the ingredients together in a small bowl, coating all kernels as best you can.
  2. Pour the coated kernels into a brown paper bag.
  3. Fold the bag over a few times.
  4. Set the microwave for 3 minutes, but don't walk away.
  5. As soon as the popping slows, remove the bag, shake and tear open above a bowl.
